Exchange & Return Policy (Silsela)

Without prejudice to the agreed warranty terms and applicable laws, the following terms apply to purchases from the store. A customer may return or exchange a product within three (3) days from the date of receipt, unless it falls under the exceptions below and provided the product has not been used or benefited from.

First: Exchange:

• The customer may exchange the product within 3 days from the date of receipt.
• The product must be in good condition, unused, with all accessories and in its original packaging. The store has the right to inspect the product before completing the exchange to verify its condition.
• The customer bears full shipping costs.

Second: Returns:

• The customer may return the product within 3 days from the date of receipt if it has not been used or benefited from. The period is calculated from the delivery date recorded by the shipping company.
• The customer bears full shipping costs.
• If the product is defective, non-conforming to specifications, or an incorrect item was delivered, the customer is entitled to a full return. In such cases, the store will bear the related shipping costs.

Exceptions (No exchange or return in the following cases):

• Products manufactured to the customer’s order or according to specifications provided by the customer, unless they are defective or non-conforming to the agreed specifications.
• Products that cannot be resold for health/hygiene reasons (such as earrings).
• If a defect appears due to misuse by the customer, as determined by the store.

How to submit an exchange/return request:

• Please contact us within the specified period (3 days) via the store’s WhatsApp: 0506047975, including your order number and clear photos of the product.
• Once we receive and inspect the product, we will notify you of the outcome. The amount will be refunded to the original method of payment (the posting time may vary by the issuing bank).

Note:

• Earrings cannot be exchanged or returned for health reasons. If there is a manufacturing defect or non-conformity to specifications, the right to return applies.
• Products are prepared for shipping in 3-7 days (without the shipping period)
